Crystal Sound Bowls & Energy Healing

This healing class blends the therapeutic power of crystal sound bowls with the transformative Ahai energy healing techniques. Carly will guide you through a group sound meditation, where you'll immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations and tones of the sound bowls. This will be followed by Ahai energy work to harmonize and align your energetic and spiritual body. As the class concludes, Carly will gently bring the group back (from your spiritual journey) and share any channeled messages. Participants may experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, enhanced mental clarity, improved emotional balance, and a profound sense of well-being. The harmonious sounds and gentle energy work also support physical healing and spiritual growth.
