ELEVATE is a high-vibe portal with a purpose of integrating 5th Dimensional frequencies into the 3rd Dimensional experience. 5D frequencies are anchored in TRUTH & LOVE. It is through CONNECTION that we can integrate these frequencies. ELEVATE is a practice, a moment in time to be present, to be still. Stillness is a way to connect back to the heart centre. Through this practice, let us be still, honouring our journey and coming back to compassion. It is not in 'doing' that completes our purpose, it is in the 'being'. I am very excited to start this blog! The values that I hold dear to my heart centre for Carly Spirit is Truth. Love. Connect. TLC are values, and a vision really, that I live by every single day. I feel it is important to remember to find connection within ourselves to really know who we are without the distraction. All three ideals are interwoven, to find truth and love within, we must connect, and to connect, we must find the truth and love within. TLC is a practice each day, this practice ELEVATES our frequencies higher, with this we can receive more clarity for our being.
